Our foreign exchange service applies only to Bank-Notes, not Travellers Cheques nor Coins. We simply buy and sell internationally valid Notes, not acceting or sharing any responsibility for any loss, damage or consequences for wrong currencies, including counterfeit notes. In case of discovery of illegal notes, we, Blue Trust Group, L.L.C., reserves the rights to make reports to the related public institutions, in its sole discretion.

Please be aware thet foreign exchange and trade transactions are controlled by the "Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Law". Although in principle, currency exchange is unrestricted, some transactions, including large amount deal beyond 2 million JPY, require formal action, such as certification of Identity documents - either Passports or Alien Registration Card. However, if you have any doubt about the legality of your foreign exchange transactions, please contact us immediately.

Additionally, we have the authority to require submission of any documents, including Identity Card, as may be determined by us on a case to case basis. After the execution of foreign exchange, the Transaction Advice will be issued to the customer as may be decided by us from time to time.

Blue Trust Group, L.L.C. reserves the right to modify the "Terms & Conditions" and levy additional charges for extra services without giving prior notice.
